Good Stuff - unfortunately not for me

I got some problems with my wrist going into extension during pop ups. So i thought i´d get these knobs to help me out. Didnt work still hurts. I´d probably need something like those push ups grips on my board. Unfortunately nobody produces these things so i´m left with popping up from my knuckles

Really helps

I’ve now used the original and the improved version. I find two major benefits. If you’re having pop up trouble for whatever reason ( knee injury, say) you get a crucial bit more space to pull your leg through. Also, if you’re dialing in your position on a board, these help define where you hands are going to go - as in, ‘I’m too far back, I’ll move them forward by a couple inches and try that.”

Highly recommend

Surf Knobs for Silver Surfer

Surf Knobs have allowed me to continue to surf through my 77th year. I first surfed in 1964 and continued to do so without a break until 2020. I have. Chronic lower back problem that resulted in a very slow climb to my get on my longboard, usually ending with a fat too late take off. Life has changed after purchase of the Surf Knobs. I can pop up to my feet in one movement again resulting in many, many excellent rides. Thank you!

knobs

too short, they compress and only give 1.5 inches lift. You need to make taller and elongated ones - more hump shaped than circular.
