Jacob is an inspiring adaptive athlete who truly lives by the “yes I can” attitude. Born with the physical disability: Cerebral- Palsy, Jacob turned disability into possibility through perseverance and taking action. Jacob showed great courage through intensive medical surgery as a child; losing as well as regaining his walking ability in 12 months, and post-operation competed in 6 sports. Concurrent with active participation in sport, Jacob graduated post-secondary education with accredited degrees: a Bachelor’s and Master’s from Fresno and Long Beach State. Recognized by his peers and colleagues for his inspiring determination, intellect and positive attitude as an athlete and student, Jacob decided to spread his message: “Keep charging for your dreams and goals” through creative world of social media
